Deily & Glastetter, LLP is pleased to announce the formation of its Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group, offering professional mediation and arbitration services of complex commercial matters, including commercial litigation, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, contested matters and out of court work-outs. Jonathan D. Deily, Esq., with extensive experience not only as a litigator but also as a mediation advocate, arbitrator and professional mediator will lead this practice group. "Alternative dispute resolution has become a widely used tool in commercial disputes, and we have the skills and experience to meet that demand," said Deily.

Jonathan D. Deily, Esq. has been an approved mediator since 1998 for the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. He has served as a Sole Arbitrator for the Albany City Court Mandatory Arbitration Program on a continuing basis since 2001. Deily's multi-jurisdictional commercial mediation practice has been complimented by completion of a twenty-four hour Commercial Mediation Training Course and the sixteen hour Advanced Commercial Mediation Training Course offered jointly through the New York State Bar Association and Fordham Law School. Deily serves as a Mediator for commercial disputes for matters pre-litigation or for matters presently in litigation.

Deily is a member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution and Advocacy and the American Bar Association Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee.
