- Represent both large and small businesses, developers and institutional lenders in connection with the development, finance, sale, purchase and leasing of commercial real estate, including assistance with municipal and regulatory approvals
- Assist clients in connection with pre-acquisition due diligence, drafting letters of intent and purchase and sale agreements, negotiating financing documents, obtaining regulatory approvals, and resolving title issues
- Negotiate and prepare agreements and instruments for a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions involving improved and unimproved properties, including purchase and sale contracts, sales/leasebacks, rights of first refusal and rights of first offer, easements and declarations of restrictive covenants
- Represent landlords and tenants in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases for office, retail and manufacturing uses
- Represent developers in connection with the development and construction of commercial, housing, retail and office projects
- Represent borrowers and lenders in a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition loans, construction loans, land development loans and refinancings
- Represent mortgagors and mortgagees in real estate workout and mortgage foreclosure matters
- Assist clients in connection with eviction proceedings
